Jenny Hallahan

Jenny is an electric bass guitar player and composer from Co. Kildare, now based in 
  Bundoran, Donegal and is influenced by Jazz, Rock, Soul and Pop. She has performed with various artists throughout Ireland. Her first EP "This Life" was released in 2020 and combines composed pieces with improvisation, creating soundscapes to showcase soloists. 

In 2022, Jenny was selected as one of 30 of Ireland's improvising musicians for a year-long support programme by Improvised Music Company, to celebrate 30 years of work.  

The Jenny Hallahan Quartet is currently performing with Cathal Roche on saxophone, Graeme Bourke on piano, and Con Schmaucks on drums. Check "Concerts" for upcoming events.
